Make exercise easy! In this 8-week exercise program participants learn 12 simple exercises that can make a difference. 

The classes are free, and designed for people just starting to exercise or who have not been active for a while.  Getting active is a great step in managing your health! 

Participants receive a resistance band and guided instruction, by trained students, on how to complete the exercises.
